As Vice President and leader of Corval’s Operations efforts, David heads our estimating, labor, and procurement teams. His job is to ensure Corval’s project teams have a solid foundation to complete their projects on time and under budget, while appropriately distributing risk. David’s preconstruction, estimating, and procurement expertise is enhanced by his previous experience managing the construction of numerous industrial and energy projects.
