D & B Plating – Plant Addition

This was a Design-Build project for Dugas & Bowers Plating Company. The goal was to add a 15,000 SF addition to D&B’s existing Fridley plant to provide additional space for new production lines and future expansion. Corval’s scope of work included creating a building envelope consisting of CMU block, concrete, and a TPO Roofing System; installing 20 helical pile cap footings; constructing additional men’s and women’s bathrooms as well as one bathroom remodel; installing a plant-wide fire protection sprinkler system; and added a hazardous storage area with coiling fire doors. Our site work for the project included parking lot expansion, curb work, sidewalks, and added utilities including a new water main and sanitary.
