Design-Build contract for expanded process piping system installation at Cargill’s Big lake facility. Cargill renovated two different process rooms with separate manufacturing equipment, Corval sized and installed the process piping for both rooms. Included the following systems: high pressure steam, hot water, cold water, cleaning foam, sanitizer, and compressed air. Included the installation of Cargill provided high pressure steam boiler and associated equipment (DA tank, water softener/treatment skid). Installation of new Cargill provided air compressors and air dryer with holding tanks. Design and installation of high/low pressure steam header, specially designed to meet Kosher facility requirement that boiler must maintain minimum temperature at all times while providing the ability to run at low pressure off-hours to minimize boiler operator hours.
