Corval served as the General Contractor for PURIS Proteins LLC’s production facility in Dawson, MN. We have worked closely with PURIS since January 2019, providing engineering, constructibility, and cost guidance as it relates to material handling, production/process flow, refrigeration/utility upgrades, selective demolition, and overall construction execution of 57,000 linear feet of piping and 38,000 direct piping man hours. This completely transformed an existing dairy production facility into PURIS’ new pea protein production facility. The completed project doubled PURIS’ production capacity to support the worldwide trend toward plant-based protein.
