Corval Group was the construction manager for this new 100 million gallon potable water treatment facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Corval provided supply and installation of all above ground carbon steel mortar and polyurethane lined process piping, ductile iron process piping, and small bore process piping. Carbon steel piping ranging from 12″ to 60″ in diameter was coupled together using Depend-O-Lok fittings to minimize on-site welding and reduce field installation time. Also included in the scope of work was process equipment setting, instrumentation installation and the installation of all HVAC duct work.
