Hastings Middle School – Improvements

Corval was the general contractor for the Hastings Middle School improvements project, which included the complete replacement and upgrades of the entire mechanical system. The entire school’s HVAC and piping systems were updated with new units and piping throughout, along with a total locker room remodel and complete plumbing upgrades in the lower level with new individual showers. The locker room remodel included all new ceramic tile finishes, epoxy floors, and new athletic lockers. The gym floor and bleachers were removed and replaced as well. The auditorium received all new seating as well as a new wooden stage floor. Lighting and ceilings were also replaced as part of the upgrades throughout the building.
