Plymouth, MN – January 18th, 2012

Corval Group and their industrial refrigeration division, American Industrial Refrigeration (AIR) continue to build confidence with clients by providing a comprehensive solution for Dollar General.

AIR’s long relationship with a national engineering and architectural firm has fostered a cooperative development of the packaged chiller concept that has resulted in several major project awards in the last six months.

The initial projects for Dollar General included fabrication, site installation and start-up of packaged glycol refrigeration systems in Dollar General Warehouses located in Missouri and Oklahoma.  The success of these projects led to the award of three additional packaged refrigeration systems.  The additional packaged glycol refrigeration systems will be shipped to Jonesville, South Carolina; South Boston, Virginia; and Indianola, Mississippi.

Executive Vice President of the AIR division, Jim Andrie stated, “AIR’s unique design-build and packaged system capabilities partnered with Lawdan’s fabrication expertise were key factors in the award of these projects. We are fortunate to have Lawdan partner with us in building two of the three packages in their Baton Rouge facility.  The third package will be built in our Atwater,MN facility”.  The site assembly and startup will be performed by AIR and supported by the Lawdan Fabrication team.

Mark Habermann, President of Lawdan Industries added, “ Not only does our manufacturing capabilities align with this work, our quality assurance process makes us well suited to partner with AIR on the packaged glycol refrigeration system offerings.”
